What this policy covers

This policy covers this website only. The Ravetha Pay app is in development and is not yet available. It will have its own privacy policy before it is released.

What we collect

  • Technical data when you visit. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic request details (such as the page requested, the time, and your browser type) in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
  • Emails you send us. If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It has no forms and no accounts, and it loads no content from third-party sites.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To deliver and secure the website. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
  • To read and reply to your emails, and to keep a record of our correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who we share it with

We use service providers who process personal data on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare, which hosts and protects this website.
  • Google, which provides our email service.

We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it.

International transfers

Our service providers may process personal data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards permitted by UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep emails for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to keep a proper record of it. Technical data is kept by our hosting provider for a limited period in line with its own retention practices.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email pay@ravetha.com. We will respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change, and we will change the date at the top when we do.
